Rates quoted are per double per night, including a hearty continental buffet breakfast, served daily in the Dining Room between 8:00am and 9:00am.

We serve a generous and home made buffet and features our own homemade jams and marmalades, homemade bread, fresh fruit salad, fresh ground coffee and leaf tea, homemade muesli. A blackboard menu with cooked breakfast options priced from  $15 pp can be ordered on the day.
 

Extra adults $50, child < 15y.o $25, cots $10 where configuration allows. Group rates apply for special events, please Enquire
 

IMPORTANT - Check-in time is strictly after 2:00p.m.  If you need to drop off luggage early please contact us.
Late check-in by arrangement - please phone if you are arriving after 7:00 p.m.

MASTER BEDROOM

GOVERNESS SUITE

Two-Bedroom room featuring super leadlight windows, opening onto a balcony with views across the northern gardens. Queen Size bed, 2 single beds, optional one double sofa bed. This room is ideal for a family of 2 adults with 2 children. Ensuite with bath and shower.

A large period Victorian room on the ground floor, is home to the house history including original photographs and a century of memorabilia. Double bed, shower ensuite.

AUNT'S ROOM


 STABLES & LOFTS

STABLE LOFT ROOMS

Stables Loft rooms feature panelled vaulted ceilings and a King size bed. Each has french doors opening onto a shared balcony with garden views over the fountain lawn. Max 3 guests, . Configuration can be three single beds. Shower ensuite.

STABLE SPA ROOMS

Stables Spa Rooms are ground floor with generous corner Spa ensuites., with shower over spa. Each has a Queen size bed plus a single bed in a separate contained alcove. Max 3 guests.

Pet friendly rooms with access to the fountain lawn.

ACCESSIBLE ROOM

The 'Aquarius' Accessible Stable Room is suitable for guests with limited mobility (with assistance). It has extra support railings and a wheelchair accessible bathroom, with wide shower. Ground Floor. Max 3 guests. Pet friendly room.
