The gentle protected east-facing slopes enfolding Hawley House run down to the pristine and sheltered sandy beaches of the Rubicon Bay. It is from these slopes that a vineyard of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes has astounded wine palates with its intensely floral and aromatic fruit. The proximity of the site to the sea is unique. Many Australian gold medals have been harvested by both varieties.
