awley's dining room is like a room from the
Charleston House of Gone With the Wind . . . red
velvet curtains, darkwood panelling hung with original
artworks for labels of successive vintages.
A candle-lit
dinner served most evenings (by arrangement) celebrates good
company, friendship and the finest and freshest regional
food served in a simple, unfussed form, complemented by
Hawley's own wines and produce from our extensive organic
vegetable garden and orchards.
The sample menu illustrates the
format of our meals. The produce is chosen to highlight
the season in a menu refreshed each
day.
Dinner is served
most evenings in summer and winter, subject to sufficient
demand. Please check upon making your
reservation.
Pre-dinner drinks are served in the Drawing Room by the grand piano.
